Amends Oklahoma Chiropractic Practice Act to authorize Board of Chiropractic Examiners to employ or contract with investigators who must be certified as peace officers with statewide jurisdiction to investigate complaints against chiropractors.

Establishes Advisory Committee of 4-6 chiropractors and 1 lay member to review complaints, determine if further investigation is warranted, and review investigator findings before Board action.

Requires Board to promulgate rules by July 1, 2012 regarding field citations and administrative penalties capped at $250 for first offense and $1,000 for subsequent offenses.

Maintains Board's existing powers to establish continuing education standards, professional conduct standards, and promulgate a code of ethics for chiropractors.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
