Amends 69 O.S. 2001, Section 1705 regarding the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's powers and duties.

Modifies the authorized location for item (32) regarding a new bridge crossing the Arkansas River in Tulsa County, changing language from "of" to "between South Yale Avenue and South Memorial Drive."

Removes the requirement that the bridge project must achieve self-sufficiency through toll charges over a thirty-year period.

Effective November 1, 2011.
