• Creates a Task Force on Vocational Services for Persons with Developmental Disabilities that expires November 30, 2011

• Task force to examine reimbursement rates for employment, identify abuses or inefficiencies, and recommend legislative actions regarding vocational services for persons with developmental disabilities

• Comprises seven members: four appointed by Senate President Pro Tempore (including two senators, shelter workshop director, and parent/guardian) and three appointed by House Speaker (including two representatives and disability advocacy association representative)

• Task force chair and vice-chair selected by members; travel reimbursement provided per legislative or state travel guidelines; Department of Human Services provides staff support

• Must submit findings and recommendations to legislative leadership by November 30, 2011; effective July 1, 2011 with emergency clause
