Amends 22 O.S. 2001, Section 991a regarding sentencing powers of courts in victim impact panel programs.

Increases the maximum fee defendants must pay to participate in victim impact panel or victim/offender reconciliation programs from $50 to $75.

Fee range for participation becomes not less than $15 and not more than $75 (previously capped at $50), as set by the governing authority of the program.

Applies to defendants ordered by courts to participate in victim impact panel programs or victim/offender reconciliation programs as a condition of sentencing.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
