Increases the prohibited picketing period around funerals from one hour before and after to two (2) hours before and after funeral services.

Expands the distance restriction for picketing activities from 500 feet to 1,000 feet from the property line of cemeteries, mortuaries, churches, and other funeral service locations.

Applies restrictions during the period from two (2) hours before the scheduled commencement of funeral services until two (2) hours after the actual completion of funeral services.

Maintains existing penalties for violations: misdemeanor punishable by fine of up to $500, imprisonment up to 30 days in county jail, or both, plus civil remedies including injunctions and damages.

Becomes effective November 1, 2011.
