Amends 47 O.S. 2001, Section 6-110 to require driver license examination to include knowledge of traffic laws covering bicycle and motorcycle safety

Department of Public Safety must examine applicants for original Class A, B, C, or D licenses and endorsements, testing eyesight, ability to read highway signs, knowledge of traffic laws, and vehicle operation ability

Examination must be completed within 30 days of application at a location within 100 miles of the applicant's residence

Certified driver education instructors may administer the written portion of the Oklahoma driving examination as part of driver education courses
