Oklahoma Senate Bill 446 Summary

• Amends 21 O.S. Section 1021 to make language gender neutral in indecent exposure statute, changing "his" to "his or her"

• Clarifies that public urination is prosecuted under Section 22 unless accompanied by conduct violating paragraphs 2-4 of the statute, and public urination alone does not require sex offender registration

• Maintains felony penalties for obscene material and child pornography: $500-$20,000 fine and/or 30 days to 10 years imprisonment

• Increases penalties for involving minors in obscene acts or child pornography: 10-30 years imprisonment, or 25+ years if victim is under 12 years old

• Effective date: November 1, 2011
