Amends 85 O.S. 2001, Section 12 regarding employer liability in workers' compensation cases by clarifying existing language and changing numbered paragraph formatting.

Defines intentional tort as requiring willful, deliberate, specific intent by the employer to cause injury; knowledge that injury was substantially certain to result does not constitute intentional tort.

Clarifies that workers' compensation immunity does not extend to actions against other employers on the same job unless they are intermediate or principal employers.

Specifies that architects, professional engineers, and land surveyors are deemed intermediate or principal employers at construction sites, but immunity does not cover negligent design preparation.

Takes effect November 1, 2011.
