Amends 20 O.S. 2001, Section 106.9 to modify compensation for court reporters in district courts, Workers' Compensation Court, and Corporation Commission.

Allows district courts, Workers' Compensation Court, and Corporation Commission to set their own salary rates for temporarily employed court reporters instead of the fixed rate of $57.60 per day.

Maintains existing salary structures for full-time certified court reporters ($39,160.00 per year as of October 1, 2006) and longevity pay of up to $8,000.00 per year based on years of service.

Preserves additional compensation for certified court reporters with special certifications (RPR, RMR, RDR, CRR) at $1,500.00 per certification, up to $6,000.00 maximum annually.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
