• Amends 76 O.S. 2001, Section 27 to correct outdated statutory references from Sections 6 and 7 to Sections 25 and 26 of the title.

• Changes reference from "act" to "title" in the statutory text relating to tort liability protections.

• Maintains existing protections from liability in damages while excluding actions for civil rights violations and antitrust violations.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2011.
