Bill Summary

• Amends 36 O.S. 2001, Section 104 relating to the Oklahoma Insurance Code definition of "Person"

• Changes the word "includes" to "means" in the definition to provide clearer statutory language

• Defines "Person" to encompass individuals, companies, insurers, associations, organizations, societies, reciprocals, inter-insurance exchanges, partnerships, syndicates, business trusts, corporations, Lloyd's associations, entities, underwriter groups, and farmer's educational and cooperative unions

• Becomes effective November 1, 2011
