Creates a task force to study the War Veterans Commission of Oklahoma, with an expiration date of November 11, 2011.

Task force duties include examining commission membership, studying the mission's current appropriateness, determining how to best aid wartime veterans, and examining the transition of Vietnam War veterans and reintegration of Iraq and Afghanistan veterans.

Task force composed of 10 members: five appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and five appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Members receive no compensation or travel reimbursement, with staff support provided by the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs.

Task force must report findings and legislative recommendations to the President Pro Tempore, Speaker of the House, and Governor by Veterans Day, November 11, 2011.
