Updates language in Oklahoma law regarding nomination of guardians or limited guardians by will or other written instrument executed by parents, spouses, or adult children serving in those roles.

Changes reference from "Such" to "The" nomination to clarify that nominations must be executed in the same manner as provided under Section 3-102.

Applies to nominations made when the nominating person dies or becomes incapacitated, affecting unmarried, married, or incapacitated individuals.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
