OK SB60

Modifies membership of the Joint Legislative Task Force on the Grand River Dam Authority to consist of five Senate members and five House members whose districts include a portion of the authority's district, appointed by the President Pro Tempore and Speaker respectively.

Requires the task force to meet at least once biennially during the first session of each new legislature, with additional meetings permitted as co-chairs determine necessary.

Mandates the Grand River Dam Authority provide annual copies of its most recent annual report to task force members along with any requested information.

Prohibits task force members from receiving travel reimbursement.

Terminates all current task force members and requires new member appointments within 30 days of the act's effective date, with future appointments to occur in January following each state general election.
