• Amends Oklahoma statutes (74 O.S. 2001) regarding legislative travel expenses, per diem, and mileage reimbursement for members of the Legislature.

• Authorizes the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives to suspend or reduce per diem and mileage reimbursement provisions if budgetary constraints require, with any such action applying uniformly to all members of their respective chambers.
