• Amends 75 O.S. 2001, Section 14 to allow designated state officers, legislators, judges, county officials, district attorneys, sheriffs, congressional delegates, and library associations to receive electronic or digital copies of statutes and session laws instead of printed volumes.

• Specifies distribution quantities: 55 digital copies to University of Oklahoma law library, 5 copies to Oklahoma State University library, and 110 copies to Oklahoma Department of Libraries.

• Permits the Chief Clerk-Administrator of the Oklahoma House of Representatives to furnish additional digital or electronic copies to other state officers for official use.

• Allows any person or entity entitled to receive digital or electronic copies to request printed copies as an alternative.

• Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
