Proposes constitutional amendment to make 7 statewide executive offices appointed by the Governor (with Senate consent) instead of elected: Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Superintendent of Public Instruction, Commissioner of Labor, Commissioner of Insurance, and three Corporation Commissioners

Appointed officials would serve 4-year terms concurrent with the Governor's term

Keeps 4 statewide offices as elected positions: Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Auditor and Inspector, and Attorney General

Makes gender-neutral language updates to constitutional sections regarding pronouns and terminology

Directs the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file the proposed amendment and ballot title with the Secretary of State and Attorney General
