Amends 52 O.S. 2001, Section 87.1 regarding common source of supply for oil and gas to clarify that establishing drilling and spacing units does not create fiduciary duty on applicants or unit operators.

Allows Corporation Commission to establish well spacing units for horizontally drilled oil wells up to 640 acres with same tolerances as gas wells, with minimum 150-foot horizontal component in the formation.

Corrects references within the statute from "Sections" to proper singular "Section" citations to 86.1 et seq. and updates terminology to include gender-neutral language ("or her" added where appropriate).

Declares emergency status to make the act effective immediately upon passage and approval for preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
