Amends 59 O.S. 2001, Section 858-301 to add an exemption to Oklahoma's real estate licensing requirements for employees of licensed brokers who lease units in affordable housing developments.

Exempts employees leasing residential housing units exclusively to eligible persons qualifying for state or federal housing subsidized programs in an affordable housing development project.

Defines "affordable housing development project" as a housing development of four or more units constructed for lease to specifically eligible persons through federal or state housing programs, including HUD, USDA Rural Development, Treasury IRS, or the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency.

Adds this exemption as paragraph 9 to the existing list of exceptions to real estate licensing requirements, following exemptions for resident managers, transient lodging facilities, and other specified activities.
