SB 713 Summary

• Amends the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools Revolving Fund to remove the requirement that expenditures be "as authorized by the Legislature"

• The fund consists of fees and penalties collected by the Board under Sections 21-103, 21-106, and 21-111 of Title 70, plus any other funds obtained by the Board

• Fund monies shall be used exclusively for operations and functions of the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools

• Any remaining balance from the prior Private Vocational Student Tuition Recovery Fund is transferred to the new revolving fund

• Effective date: November 1, 2011
