Changes nomenclature in 85 O.S. 2001, Section 12 by replacing roman numerals (i-vi) with numbered paragraphs (1-6) for clarity and consistency.

Maintains existing workers' compensation liability framework, preserving employer immunity except for intentional torts and cases where employers fail to secure required compensation payments.

Defines intentional tort narrowly, requiring willful, deliberate, specific intent to cause injury; excludes cases where employer merely had knowledge injury was substantially certain to result.

Preserves provisions regarding immunity limitations for other employers on same job, special masters, architects/engineers, and constitutional rights.

Effective November 1, 2011.
