• Modifies appeal procedures by extending the time to file for judicial review from 10 days to 30 days after Board of Review decision is mailed.

• Eliminates formal hearing requirements before the Board of Review and deletes provisions allowing removal of entire proceedings to the Board.

• Changes Board of Review salary payment from monthly installments to biweekly payments while maintaining the $30,000 annual salary.

• Authorizes $25 administrative fee for electronic fund transfers that fail due to insufficient funds and allows vendors contracting with the Commission to receive confidential information for debit card issuance and computer operations under protective agreements.
