• Amends filing fee schedule for district courts to add a new $6.00 assessment credited to the Oklahoma Court Appointed Special Advocates (OCASA) program

• The OCASA fee applies to actions involving divorce, alimony, custody, support, probate, guardianship, death determination, adoption, and civil actions (items 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 14 from the existing fee schedule)

• Maintains existing fee structure and exemptions for impoverished litigants who file affidavits in forma pauperis

• Allows payment of court fees by credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods

• Effective date: November 1, 2011
