Amends 11 O.S. 2001, Section 49-116 to exempt paid firefighters from retaking agility tests and physical exams under specific circumstances

Paid firefighters terminated due to reduction in force by a municipality are not required to retake agility tests if reinstated by the same municipality

Paid firefighters terminated due to reduction in force and reinstated within 24 months are exempt from retaking physical examinations

Volunteer firefighters who pass an agility test upon initial enrollment in a combination paid/volunteer fire department are not required to retake the test when appointed as paid firefighters in the same department

Emergency clause declared to make the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
