Amends 37 O.S. 2001, Section 538.1 regarding authority of agents during arrests related to intoxicating liquor violations

Clarifies that agents of the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission, inspectors, and peace officers may remove customers, employees, and threatening individuals from licensed premises and adjacent areas during arrests

Authority applies when investigating violations of law and extends for the period necessary to complete arrests and pending investigations

Removal authority includes individuals who may pose threats to public safety or to the safety of agents, inspectors, or peace officers

Removes language limiting removal authority to "state" law violations, broadening the scope of agent authority
