Increases annual longevity pay amounts for state employees across all service tiers, ranging from $458 to $3,660 per year depending on years of service.

Updates the additional longevity pay for service beyond 20 years from $200 to $366 per additional 2-year period.

Authorizes the Office of Personnel Management Administrator to promulgate rules for annual increases in longevity pay based on the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U).

Applies to classified, unclassified, and exempt state employees, excluding board members, higher education employees, public school employees, and elected officials.

Effective July 1, 2011, with emergency clause for immediate implementation.
