Extends liability protection to physicians and health care providers rendering emergency care at facilities other than their primary employer.

Defines "health care provider" as any person licensed, certified, or authorized under Oklahoma Title 59 or Title 63 to render health care services.

Defines "health care services" as services relating to diagnosis, assessment, prevention, treatment or care of human illness, disease, injury or condition.

Allows physicians and health care providers to retain liability protection from their primary employer when providing emergency care at other facilities.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
