Amends 43 O.S. 2001, Section 110 to expand automatic temporary injunctions in divorce proceedings to prohibit destruction or damage of electronically stored materials, electronic communications, social network data, financial records, and documents of value.

Requires each party to deliver specified financial documents to the other within 30 days, including federal and state tax returns for 2 years, recent pay stubs, 6 months of bank statements, health insurance documentation, child care expenses, and debt documentation.

Allows parties to satisfy this disclosure requirement with verified written statement explaining why documents are unavailable and what efforts were made to obtain them, with continuing duty to supplement as more information becomes available.

Permits further discovery pursuant to the Oklahoma Discovery Code and does not limit a party's ability to request additional temporary orders or modifications of the automatic temporary injunction.

Takes effect November 1, 2011.
