• Modifies revocation periods for driving privileges following certain motor vehicle convictions under 47 O.S. Section 6-205.1.

• Allows judges to stay license revocation for Class D vehicles only when no other transportation is available, but requires offender to provide proof of insurance first.

• Adds new subsection allowing judges discretionary authority to modify revocation periods for drug-related convictions (paragraph 6 offenses) with written orders.
