Amends Oklahoma law (23 O.S. 2001, Section 61) relating to damages for breach of obligations not arising from contract

Requires courts to admit evidence of compensation received by plaintiff from independent sources and deduct that amount from damages awarded by defendant

Mandates reduction of damages awards by amount of Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security disability benefits paid or payable to plaintiff

Requires defendant to indemnify plaintiff and cover reasonable costs including attorney fees for any government benefit subrogation claims

Effective November 1, 2011
