• Amends 22 O.S. Section 2002 regarding disclosure of evidence in criminal cases by modifying discovery procedure requirements

• Establishes exception preventing state from disclosing Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrest and conviction records containing home address, home telephone number, date of birth, or social security number of witnesses who are currently certified law enforcement officers

• Updates gender-neutral language by replacing masculine pronouns with "or herself/or her" where applicable throughout the criminal discovery code

• Becomes effective November 1, 2011
