Limits liability for owners, employees, participants, members, guests, and customers of gun ranges, gun shops, and gun clubs who act in good faith and follow firearm industry standards when injuries result from inherent risks of firearm activities.

Exceptions apply to workers' compensation covered employees and do not protect against willful or wanton disregard for safety or intentional injury.

Creates new Section 76-50.6 of Oklahoma Statutes to codify these liability protections.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
