Amends 47 O.S. 2001, Section 6-117 to reduce fees for Motor Vehicle Reports furnished by the Department of Public Safety and motor license agents.

Reduces Department of Public Safety Motor Vehicle Report fee from $25.00 to $15.00, with $10.00 deposited to General Revenue Fund and $5.00 to DPS Revolving Fund.

Reduces motor license agent Motor Vehicle Report fee from $25.00 to $15.00, with $8.00 to General Revenue Fund, $5.00 to DPS Revolving Fund, and $2.00 retained by agent.

Maintains exemption for persons 65 years of age or older from paying fees for their own Motor Vehicle Report.

Effective July 1, 2011, with emergency declaration for immediate implementation.
