Designates English as the official language of Oklahoma and establishes the Oklahoma Official English Language Implementation Act

Declares state government must preserve and enhance English as the official language by using English in official actions unless specifically required otherwise by federal/state law or Oklahoma Constitution

Prohibits state policies that require or permit use of non-English languages for official actions; establishes presumptions that choosing English over other languages preserves official language status

Requires state agencies to notify Governor and Attorney General if constitutional or statutory provisions require non-English language use, and to separately itemize costs related to interpreter services, translation, and multilingual employee expenses in official budgets

Takes effect November 1, 2011
