Amends Oklahoma's seizure and forfeiture law (21 O.S. 2001, Section 1738) to add a new category of property subject to forfeiture

Authorizes seizure and forfeiture of all conveyances, including aircraft, vehicles, or vessels used to commit violations of Section 446 of Title 21 (relating to illegal dumping of dead animals)

Makes technical corrections changing "Sections" to "Section" in references to prostitution offense statutes (Sections 1028, 1029, or 1030)

Effective date of November 1, 2011
