Amends 74 O.S. 2001, Section 150.7b to update language relating to disclosure of motor vehicle theft or insurance fraud information.

Defines "authorized governmental agency" as the Department of Public Safety, city/town police departments, county sheriffs, federal criminal investigative agencies, district attorneys, and prosecuting attorneys.

Defines "insurer" as any entity admitted to write motor vehicle insurance in Oklahoma or otherwise liable for losses due to motor vehicle theft or insurance fraud.

Changes reference from "Sections 1 through 5" to "Section 150.7b et seq." and updates internal statutory language.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
