• Authorizes the Oklahoma Department of Corrections to reimburse employees for costs of obtaining or renewing a commercial driver license when required for job duties.

• Allows the Department to require employees who received reimbursement to repay a prorated amount of the commercial driver license cost if they leave employment.

• Removes redundant language by striking repeated references to "of Corrections" throughout the amended statute.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2011.
