Amends 36 O.S. 2001, Section 3636 to modify uninsured motorist coverage requirements for motor vehicle insurance policies in Oklahoma.

Requires insurance companies to provide a revised standardized form (effective November 1, 2011) offering uninsured motorist coverage options with specific language about coverage limitations and benefits.

Clarifies that uninsured motorist coverage does not cover vehicle damage unless specifically provided in the policy, and must be explicitly stated in bold on the disclosure form.

Maintains existing requirements for coverage amounts matching bodily injury liability limits and allows insureds to reject coverage in writing.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
