• Increases membership of the Oklahoma Licensed Marital and Family Therapist Advisory Board from 7 to 9 members, with 6 licensed marital and family therapists and 3 lay persons instead of the previous 5 and 2.

• Increases membership of the Oklahoma Licensed Behavioral Practitioners Advisory Board from 7 to 9 members, with 5 licensed behavioral practitioners, 1 other licensed mental health professional, and 3 lay persons instead of the previous 4, 1, and 2.

• Effective November 1, 2011.
