Congratulates Renae Perry of Stillwater High School for winning the state Poetry Out Loud competition, defeating 3,775 other Oklahoma students from 24 schools.

Recognizes that Renae will compete in the national Poetry Out Loud competition April 27-29, 2011 in Washington, D.C., performing three poems: "Filling Station" by Elizabeth Bishop, "To Autumn" by John Keats, and "At the Vietnam Memorial" by George Bilgere.

Expresses the Oklahoma Legislature's support for Renae Perry's participation in the national competition.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be distributed to Renae Perry.
