Commends the United States Marshals Service for its long history of service to Oklahoma and the United States, noting that more U.S. Marshals and Deputies were killed in Indian Territory and Oklahoma Territory than anywhere else in the nation.

Supports the establishment of the U.S. Marshals Museum in Fort Smith, Arkansas, recognizing its role in honoring the service and history of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Encourages cooperation between the Oklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation and the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism to promote cultural tourism in both states.

Highlights the U.S. Marshals Service's contributions to Oklahoma, including 2,755 fugitive arrests in FY 2008, 4,063 in FY 2009, and return of over $5 million in asset forfeiture funds to state and local law enforcement agencies annually.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the U.S. Marshals Service and the Director of the Oklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation.
