Declares 2011 as "Transportation Year" in Oklahoma to commemorate 100 years of service by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation since its creation on June 15, 1911.

Recognizes Oklahoma's pioneering transportation innovations including the yield sign, parking meter, and electronic Pikepass, and the development of Route 66, Interstates 35, 40, and 44 that established Oklahoma as the "Crossroads of America."

Acknowledges key legislative milestones including House Bill 318 (1911) establishing the State Highway Department, Senate Bill 44 (1924) creating the three-member State Highway Commission, and House Bill 1791 (1976) creating the modern Department of Transportation.

Directs distribution of copies to the Governor, Secretary of Transportation, and members of the Transportation Commission.

Passed by the Senate on March 15, 2011 and by the House of Representatives on March 21, 2011.
