OK SJR2

Amends Oklahoma Constitution to require the Legislature to meet in regular session only in odd-numbered years instead of annually, beginning the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January and adjourning by May 31st.

Modifies compensation rules for legislators to prohibit payment in years when no regular legislative session is held.

Restructures the Board on Legislative Compensation with revised composition and authority to set legislator compensation every two years, effective after the succeeding general election.

Directs the Secretary of State to refer the constitutional amendments to voters for approval via ballot referendum with specified ballot title and language.

Requires the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file copies of the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately upon passage.
