OK SJR21

Directs the Secretary of State to refer a proposed constitutional amendment to Oklahoma voters that would add Section 14 to Article XXIII of the Oklahoma Constitution.

Requires the Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma to achieve and maintain a funded ratio of at least 90 percent as certified by the Board of Trustees through annual actuarial valuation by July 1, 2045.

Establishes ballot title and procedures for the measure to be presented to voters as a state question.

Requires the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file copies of the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage.
