Executive Directors of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and Oklahoma Water Resources Board must submit a water reuse progress report to the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President Pro Tempore of the Senate by January 1, 2013.

Report shall detail progress made to implement state policy of water reuse, including means and processes developed for water reuse and description of agency efforts to involve stakeholders and groups interested in water reuse.

Secretary of State directed to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor, legislative leadership, and the Executive Directors of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and Oklahoma Water Resources Board.
