Amends Section 12 of Title 85 of the Oklahoma Statutes regarding workers' compensation liability to clarify and modernize language.

Makes language gender-neutral by changing references from "his" to "his or her" throughout the statute.

Renumbers subsections (i) through (vi) to (1) through (6) for improved clarity and organization.

Establishes this amendment as a legislative referendum subject to voter approval at the next general election per Oklahoma Constitution Article V, Section 3.

Directs the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file the referendum with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage.
