Recognizes Grove as founder and director of Breast Impressions Foundation, which provides breast casting kits to women diagnosed with breast cancer in Oklahoma, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Acknowledges Grove's role as Oklahoma liaison for the Pink Heals Tour in 2010 and her work facilitating pink vehicle wraps for Tulsa Fire Department, police, and ambulance services to raise cancer awareness.

Notes Grove's service as chairwoman of "Breast Cancer Awareness Day" at the Oklahoma State Capitol and her awards including the 2010 Tulsa Business Journal Women of Distinction award and Civic Entrepreneur Tulsey Award.
