Recognizes Blackmon as Oklahoma State's first recipient of the Biletnikoff Award and names him unanimous All-American and Big 12 Conference Offensive Player of the Year.

Notes Blackmon set Oklahoma State records with 1,782 receiving yards, 20 touchdown receptions, and 111 receptions in 2010, ranking 7th all-time in NCAA touchdown receptions and 15th in single-season receptions.

Documents Blackmon led the NCAA with 148.5 receiving yards per game, set 2010 NCAA records with 12 consecutive games of 100+ receiving yards and a touchdown, and was named Offensive MVP in the Valero Alamo Bowl.
