Re-creates the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners with a termination date of July 1, 2015 (extended from July 1, 2011).

Board consists of eight examiners appointed by the Governor, including two lay persons and six licensed osteopathic physicians with at least five years of practice experience in Oklahoma.

Osteopathic physician examiners appointed from lists of at least six candidates submitted annually by the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association.

Board members serve seven-year terms, with vacancies filled from candidate lists provided by the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association.

Board retains authority to adopt rules, conduct examinations, and enforce provisions of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act.
