Amends the Use of Credit Information in Personal Insurance Act by modifying the definition of "personal insurance" to include motorcycle, mobile-homeowners, and noncommercial dwelling fire insurance policies, as well as boat, personal watercraft, snowmobile, and recreational vehicle policies.

Clarifies that personal insurance policies must be individually underwritten for personal, family, or household use and excludes all other types of insurance from coverage.

Updates statutory references and terminology within the insurance code section being amended.

Establishes an effective date of November 1, 2011 for the amendments.
